Belmont Park not only has a fascinating history, it is truly God's country. High atop a hill stands a castle, "Charley's Castle". Phillip Charley spared nothing when it came to building Belmont Park, the estate. In its heyday, Belmont Park greeted and entertained many important visitors such as royalty and politicians etc. And today, it greets people who need its help (St John of God).
