This book is the fourth volume of the records of the parish of St. Stephens Anglican Church, Kurrajong covering the period 1962-1999. It incorporates the records from Upper Colo, St. Philips, St. James and St. John the Evangelist. The transcribed records of baptisms, marriages and burials are accompanied with overviews of the associated churches and its clergy to give a better understanding of Kurrajong’s past and its place in the history of the Hawkesbury.
 
The records document the growth, character and settlement patterns in the Kurrajong district during the four decades of the 1900s giving an indication of local industries and occupations over this time. They also convey a strong sense of place and belongings as well as outlining a history of families in the area.
