In 1770 the Endeavour sailed up the east coast of Australia. Maps were drawn and Captain Cook gave places European names.  But, there was another side to this story. Damien Rex and Craig Cormick travelled the east coast to hear First Nations accounts of the Endeavour, through the generations. The authors have included what these communities want all Australians to know about Cook’s voyage.
